This session aims to identify, discuss, group and improve the current hosting lead management processes of participants’ partner organization.
During the workshop each participant will have the opportunity to reflect their own hosting lead management processes and compare it with the ones of other partners’. This will be followed by an introductory training to Salesforce Hosting Lead Management, linking its’ features to potentialpotencial challenges faced by the partners regarding host family recruitment and placement.
Ultimately, participants will be supported in drafting the first version of their Salesforce Hosting Lead Management Implementation Plan.
