This session aims to identify, discuss, group and improve the current sending lead management processes of participants’ partner organization.
During the workshop each participant will have the opportunity to reflect their own sending lead processes and compare it with other partners’ processes. This will be followed by an introductory training to Salesforce Sending Lead Management, linking its features to potential challenges faced by the partners.
Ultimately, participants will be supported in drafting the first version of their Salesforce Sending Lead Management Implementation Plan.
