A continuation from the previous session on introduction to the new Sending Application Portal managed in Salesforce. Participants will have the unique opportunity to have a guided tour through the whole application process and see each stage both from a staff and applicant perspective.
Following the tour, facilitators will provide space for analysis how participants current application processes can be implemented within the framework of the Salesforce Sending Application portal, and what are the tasks and steps to take before the portal is ready to be used for a partner.
